    • Your installation address.
    • New telephone number and telephone account number (If installing on an active telephone line).
    • Your payment details. Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa), Direct Debit and BPAY are accepted. (Optional for existing customers)
  • Please provide your 10 digit ZettaNet Account number. This will be listed on any ZettaNet invoice or receipt.
  • Please provide your current telephone number.
    Please note that if a technician is required to visit onsite to complete the installation on an active telephone line or to reactivate an inactive telephone line an additional fee of $125.00 will be payable.
  • Please provide the telephone number at the new location.
  • The minimum time for relocation is 7 days. This can extend up to 20 days for some areas.
