Where we supply you with hardware (modem or router) or where you purchase hardware (modem or router) from ZettaNet, you are most likely entitled to a warranty under the Competition and Consumer Act. ZettaNet staff will deal with any warranty claims on your behalf with the hardware manufacturer.

Warranties for all hardware (modem or router) purchased from or supplied by ZettaNet are for 12 months from the date of purchase. Some exclusions apply:

  • Hardware not supplied by ZettaNet
  • Damage caused by you or someone in possession of the equipment, for example, damage caused by heat or liquid exposure.
  • Modification of or interference with the equipment.
  • Fire and flood damage or theft of the equipment.
If making a claim, ZettaNet requires that the equipment is returned to ZettaNet for assessment and testing. If the equipment is deemed faulty and it complies with the time limitations, it will be replaced at no cost to you. If no fault is found with the equipment or it is outside of the warranty period, the equipment will be returned to you at no cost.
