ZettaNet provides you with the ability to monitor your service usage data free of charge. You can also request features such as Call Barring to be implemented for calls to International, National and Mobile numbers in order to assist with your spend management by contacting our Support staff. Broadband

  • Track your Broadband usage by logging into My Account.
  • Take note of the Usage Alert emails
  • Check your usage by contacting our Support team on 1300 139 550.

Mobile Broadband

  • Track your Mobile Broadband usage by logging into My Account. Mobile Broadband usage data may be delayed by up to 48 hours.
  • Take note of the Usage Alert emails
  • Check your usage by contacting our Support team on support@zetta.com.au or or 1300 139 500.

Telephony

  • Track your Telephony service usage by logging into My Account. Usage data may be delayed by up to 48 hours.
  • Request call barring by contacting the ZettaNet support team on support@zetta.com.au or  1300 139 550.

VoIP (SIP Trunk / Cloud PBX)

  • Track your Telephony service usage by logging into My Account. Usage data may be delayed by up to 48 hours.
  • Request call barring by contacting the ZettaNet support team on support@zetta.com.au or 1300 139 550.
  • Block calls to overseas destinations, Mobile networks or premium services (190 etc.)

 

These facilities are available free of charge to all ZettaNet customers. Our Support team is available to discuss your questions and options 6am to 5pm AWST Monday to Friday excluding National Public Holidays.
