Service Ownership Transfer

Step 1 of 6 - What you will need

  • Please use this form to transfer ownership of an Account or individual service from one party to another. For example, a Business Sale, selling a property with the active internet service. We recommend that this form is completed in the presence of both the current owner and new owner. This way you will be able to complete this form very quickly. Before you start this application recommend you have:
    1. A copy of your latest invoice.
    2. ZettaNet Account Number (for existing customers)
    3. Your contact details
    4. Payment details for the receiving party. (Credit Card/Direct Deposit)
  • Please provide your 10 digit ZettaNet Account number. This will be listed on any ZettaNet invoice or receipt.
  • Transfer Authorisation

    Please provide the details of who is authorising this transfer. Please note that if these details differ from the person authorised in ZettaNet's system, we will require further verification
  • What authority do you have over the existing account. Home Owner, Company Director, IT Manager, General Manager etc..
  • What is the best number to contact you on ?
  • Please allow at least 5 business days notice for ownership transfer.

    Please provide the name of the service you want to relocated. This is typically your broadband username. e.g. acme@dsl.highway1.com.au, janexxx@globaldial.com
  • Receiving Party

    Please provide the details of who will be taking over the service/account. We will contact them to verify acceptance.

    “You” request and authorise ZettaNet Pty Ltd (Debit User ID 375019) to arrange, through its own financial institution, a debit to your nominated account any amount ZettaNet Pty Ltd, has deemed payable by you. This debit or charge will be made through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) from your account held at the financial institution you have nominated below and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.
