Rebranding FAQ
Highway 1 was renamed to ZettaNet on the 1st August 2012. Listed below are some of the common questions relating to our name change.

Nothing! All of your current settings including your email addresses, phone numbers, server settings, bank details and login details will continue to work.
We love the brand and are a little bit sad to see it go. The name has a lot of history especially in Western Australia and we have thousands of customers who have been with us for over a decade. The name originated from the term “Information Superhighway”, referring to the internet. That moniker is not used very often these days and seems a little old fashioned. As does the name Highway 1.
This was quite a straight forward decision. Our parent company is called Zetta Group (which has owned Highway 1 since 2008) and owns several other technology companies including ZettaGrid (Cloud Computing) and ZettaServe (ICT Services). ZettaNet is a natural extension of this naming convention.
- Our website domain will become “www.zetta.net.au”
- We will get a new logo for our website and all stationery
- Highway 1 (Aust) Pty Ltd will be renamed ZettaNet Pty Ltd
- Automatic Debit customers will see “ZettaNet” instead of “Highway 1” on bank statements

No, you do not need change any login details
Yes, you will be automatically redirected to our new domain www.zetta.net.au in the future.
Yes, all of these domains will still be available to use as domains for new email addresses.
No, all staff and management will remain exactly the same. However we will fit them out with a range of stylish new clothing showing off our new logo.
No, all bank details will remain the same including all BPAY references.
No, not at all. We remain a privately owned WA company.
Our phone and fax numbers will remain the same. We will begin to use new email addresses like sales@zetta.net.au and support@zetta.net.au however all of our old addresses will continue to work.
