Are you moving house? Use this form to relocate your broadband service. Before you start this application you will need:
1. Your ZettaNet Account Number.
2. Your installation address.
3. New telephone number and telephone account number (If installing on an active telephone line).
4. Your payment details. Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa), Direct Debit and BPAY are accepted.

Naked Broadband is just like ADSL2+ broadband except you save on line rental costs and use VoIP to make calls.

Please note that if a technician is required to visit onsite to complete the installation on an active telephone line or to reactivate an inactive telephone line an additional fee of $125.00 will be payable. New telephone services for locations such as buildings or multi-dweling units will require the applicant to source a third-party to complete internal wiring for the delivery of the telephone service.
Time frames for phoneline orders are as follows:
